Adrian on the stern of Kialoa with a nice Mahi Mahi which he caught on the way from San Diego to Pitcairn Island. These are beautiful and very distinctive fish which change color rapidly thtough shades of blue and green after they have been caught and brought on board. They are also excellent eating, tender white meat, and make excellent poisson cruz, and sashimi.
